Technolube’s health and safety framework is structured in accordance with ISO 45001, providing a disciplined, risk-based approach to hazard identification, operational control, performance monitoring, and continual improvement
Safety at Technolube is driven through strong engagement at all levels. A cross-functional HSE Committee, comprising managers, supervisors, and worker representatives, meets monthly to review safety performance, workplace hazards, incidents, and improvement actions. This ensures practical decision-making, shared accountability, and continuous enhancement of safety controls.
In addition, monthly Management Safety Walks are conducted to reinforce visible safety leadership, promote direct interaction with the workforce, and identify hazards and improvement opportunities in real time.
