Safety Leadership & Workforce Engagement

Safety at Technolube is driven through strong engagement at all levels. A cross-functional HSE Committee, comprising managers, supervisors, and worker representatives, meets monthly to review safety performance, workplace hazards, incidents, and improvement actions. This ensures practical decision-making, shared accountability, and continuous enhancement of safety controls.

In addition, monthly Management Safety Walks are conducted to reinforce visible safety leadership, promote direct interaction with the workforce, and identify hazards and improvement opportunities in real time.

Techno Lube operates a state-of-the-art ISO 17025 accredited laboratory, offering one of the most comprehensive in-house testing capabilities in the UAE for lubricants, coolants, and Diesel Exhaust Fluid. Quality assurance is strengthened through advanced instrumentation, a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), and defined quality controls.

Techno Lube having brands of Petromin, National ,Crown and challenger comply with regional and global conformity requirements, including ECAS (Emirates Conformity Assessment Scheme), EQM (Emirates Quality Mark) certifications and SASO(Saudi Arabian Standards Organization) ensuring adherence to UAE regulatory standards as well as Standards across the Globe.
