Techno Lube Plant Manufactures and Markets variety of Automotive and Industrial Lubricants, Coolants and Diesel Exhaust Fluid with Highest Quality standards and Robust processes within UAE as well as Exports Across different regions in the Globe with a span of more than 45 countries located in the Industrial hub of National Industries Park in Jebel Ali.

Techno Lube as an Organization has Certifications of ISO 9001 ,ISO 14001 and 45001 through accredited bodies with an approach of IMS(Integrated Management System) towards Quality ,Environment and Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

Techno Lube Plant is Amongst the Top Manufacturers and Exporter of Plants in UAE and has the capacity of 110,000 Mtons and more than 5500 pallet positions as Storage.

It has the state of the Art Laboratory with an Accreditation of ISO 17025 with one of the Most Extensive Testing Facilities within UAE.

1968

Joint Venture

Petrolube was originally established under the name Petromin Lubricating Oil Company, as a joint venture between the General Organization of Petroleum and Minerals, and Mobil Investments (an affiliate of ExxonMobil). Jeddah Plant was established and operational; with a Total Maximum Production Capacity of 10,000 MT per annum

1982

Riyadh Plant

A production plant was established in Riyadh, marking the start of our local manufacturing footprint. with a Total Maximum Production Capacity of 60,000 MT per annum

1997

Company Renaming

The company was renamed the Saudi Arabian Lubricating Oil Company after the General Organization of Petroleum and Minerals transferred its shares to Saudi Aramco.

2007

Company Acquisition

Al Dabbagh Group Holding Company and Gulf Oil International acquired 51% and 49% of Petromin Corporation, respectively Petromin Corporation entered into a strategic partnership with Greif International Holding BV, and established Greif Saudi Arabia Ltd., in which it held 49% of its capital

2009

Rebranding to Petromin Corporation

Under the new ownership, the company was rebranded as Petromin Corporation, signalling a new era of modernisation and growth.

2010

Egypt Expansion

Petromin Corporation established its branch in Egypt to carry out business relating to lubricating oils and greases

2011

Jeddah plant Upgrade

Total Maximum Production Capacity in the Jeddah Plant increased to 177,000 MT per annum, supporting growing regional demand.

2013

Al-Dabbagh Group Becomes Sole Owner

Al Dabbagh Group Holding Company acquired the shares held by Gulf Oil International to become the sole owner of Petromin Corporation

2015

Global Expansion into Pakistan

A new subsidiary was established in Pakistan, expanding our manufacturing presence and regional reach.

2016

UAE Expansion

Commissioned Phase I warehouse expansion through addition of selective racking infrastructure.

2018

Diversification

Incorporation of the Company under the name "Petromin for Vehicles" (Limited Liability Company) with head office in Jeddah and unified national no. 7002638455 dated 12/06/1439H (corresponding to 28/02/2018G)

2020

Rebranded as Petromin Oil Company

A further brand evolution positioned us for future innovation and integration.The Company changed its name to "Petromin Oil Company

2021

Strategic Realignment

the company was renamed Petrolube Oil Company, focusing on core business areas.

2022

Carve-Out and New Era

Petrolube Oil Company was officially carved out as the KSA lubricant division of Petromin Corporation, bringing Technolube UAE, Petromin Pakistan, and Technolube Egypt under a unified operational umbrella. Petrolube acquired Petromin Corporation's entire shareholding in Greif Saudi Arabia Ltd

2023

New Standards

Obtained Saudi Made certification for 19 products. First ESG report issued in 2023. Riyadh Plant manufacturing system was upgraded to a simultaneous metering blend system.
