What You’ll Do
Maintain Mechanical Systems: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of mechanical systems used in the production of lubricants, ensuring efficiency and reliability
Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults and inefficiencies in the production line to minimize downtime.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to equipment and processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with R&D, production, and operations teams to implement engineering solutions and ensure alignment with production goals.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards, adhering to industry-specific and company-specific guidelines.
Documentation & Reporting: Keep detailed records of equipment performance, maintenance schedules, and any issues, and report findings to management.
What You’ll Bring
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in manufacturing or the petrochemical industry.
Technical Skills: Proficient in mechanical design and troubleshooting, with hands-on experience with industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues quickly.
Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
