Mohamed Husnee Jazeel, appointed to the Board of Directors on 01 October 2024, is a distinguished financial and governance professional with over three decades of leadership experience. He holds executive education credentials in audit committees from Harvard Business School (2008) and is a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA, UK, 1992). He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Al-Dabbagh Group, where he previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer for more than two decades, following earlier senior positions with the Agricultural Development Company and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Jazeel has served on the boards and key committees of numerous listed and private companies across sectors including food, insurance, energy, construction, aviation, and ICT. His ongoing directorships include Tanmiah Food Company, Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Company, SAED International for Istigdam, Premier Aviation, and Petrolube, among others, with active memberships on Audit, Risk, and Nomination & Remuneration Committees. Widely recognised for his governance expertise and financial acumen, he continues to play a pivotal role in advancing corporate growth and oversight in Saudi Arabia and internationally.
