Hind Khalid Abdullah Al Zahid, appointed to the Board of Directors in October 2022, brings more than 20 years of senior leadership across government, energy, and non-profit sectors. She currently serves as Deputy Minister for Human Capital Development at the Ministry of Tourism and as Human Capital Program Leader at the Royal Commission of Riyadh City. Her previous roles include Deputy Minister for Women’s Empowerment at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Advisor on Diversity and Inclusion at Saudi Aramco, and over a decade leading initiatives at the Eastern Province Chamber of Commerce. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Dammam University, complemented by advanced executive programmes at the University of Leicester, Gulf University of Bahrain, and London Business School. Ms. Al Zahid is Chairwoman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Petrolube Oil Company and has held multiple board and advisory memberships, underscoring her influence in governance, human capital development, and institutional transformation.
